Return & Exchange Policy

At DoorNumbers.ca, we take pride in delivering high-quality house numbers and door numbers. If there is an issue with your order, please review our exchange policy below.

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Number or Color – If your order arrives with the incorrect number or color that does not match your original order, we will gladly exchange it. A clear photo of the received item is required before proceeding with the exchange.
    
2. Defective Product – If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. A clear photo of the defect must be provided for verification.
    

• You must request an exchange within 15 days from the date your order was sent.

2. Attach a clear photo of the incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
3. Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
4. Once approved, we will provide further instructions on returning the item and sending a replacement.

• Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selections made during ordering.
